Laser Surgery at Standale Veterinary Hospital

As part of our on-going commitment to your pet's comfort, we are proud to offer laser surgery on any procedure we perform.  Advantages to laser surgery include:

Less pain - laser seals nerve endings as it cuts

     Less bleeding - laser seals blood vessels as it cuts

          Less swelling - laser seals lymphatic vessels as it cuts

                 Faster healing - laser cause less tissue damage than scalpel

All spays, neuters, and declaws at Standale Veterinary Hospital include use of the laser at our standard prices.  We want you to experience laser's advantages on your pet's first encounter with surgery.  We firmly believe that declaws should not be done in any other way.  For other procedures, a modest additional charge is assessed for use of the laser.  We believe that the benefits of having surgery done with laser far outway the cost.  Animals often feel pain from an incision as itching or irritation.  This results in scratching or chewing the incision which can make it more likely to open or have other complications.  Why not take advantage of the advantages that laser can offer your pet?
